Balsamic Glazes
Cretan Nectar Balsamic Glazes are made from the combination of Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Grape Molasses (Petimezi) and Honey or Fruits, as Orange, Pomegranate, Aronia (Chokeberries) and Fig without preservatives, colorings and sugar. Our Balsamic Glazes with their unique taste and special aromas perfectly complement green salads, raw and grilled vegetables, roast meat and fish fillets, various types of cheese, fruit salads and yoghurt.
Avocado Oil
Our Avocado Oil is produced exclusively from Cretan avocados in a natural way without refineries, maintaining high levels of its vitamins and especially vitamin E which is the most important vitamin for anti-aging and skin nutrition. Avalin is intended for dermal use while Cretan Mythos avocado oil is edible.
Sea Salt - Fleur de Sel
Our sea salt is collected by hand, piece by piece, from the inaccessible natural salt flats of the coasts of Western Crete. Without any processing apart from the removal of foreign bodies -again by hand-, it is finally packaged. Harvesting and cleaning is a tedious and quite time consuming work but it's awarded by its fresh and natural taste.
Olives
Kalamon and Green Olives, juicy, with a unique natural and mouthwatering taste, bring in mind the breeze of the Aegean Sea. Our olives are handpicked from selected olive groves, placed directly in sea salt brine and left to ferment for at least 5 months. This completely natural procedure results in olives with high nutritional value and an abundance of antioxidants.

The history of Tripodakis Winery goes back a century,in 1907, in Korfalonas Kisamos, Chania, Crete. The use of traditional vinification methods and wooden barrels resulted in high-quality products. In 1935, Tripodakis Winery was awarded the Silver Medal at the Thessaloniki International Fair.
From 1961, memorable Antonios K. Tripodakis undertook the continuation of the family tradition of winemaking, following the footsteps of his ancestors. With hard work, his business skills, perseverance and his insightful spirit as his weapons, he wrote his own great story in the field of Winery – Vinegar Production.
With pride and responsibility, his children succeeded their father and swore to continue the great legacy of their family. Carefully selecting the best grape varieties from all over Greece, we produce, standardize, bottle and distribute a wide range of wines, like white, rose, red, semi-sweet and recognized P.G.I and P.D.O.
We have developed one of the largest vinegar production plants in Greece and we have a wide range of products, both red and white vinegar and all types of vinegar, such as vinegar from grapes/wine, balsamic vinegar, apple vinegar and vinegar from other fruits like plum and pomegranate.
Furthermore, we have expanded the range of our products with new products and sweeteners including grape molasses, confectionery syrup, concentrated grape must and concentrated raisin syrup.
Our products are exported to USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. Our production can cover all the needs of packaging, both small and large, from 330ml bottles to 5lt bottles, as well as sale in bulk (barrels, IBC and tanks).
Annual production capacity of wine is 7,000 tons, the vinegar production unit exceeds 15,000 tons, for sweeteners and lemon condiments it is 2,000 tons while for distillates it exceeds 1,000 tons per year.

Balsamic Vinegars
Aged in wooden barrels, our Balsamic Vinegars are made from 100% natural pure raw ingredients without additives, preservatives, thickener, sulfites, chemical dyes and artificial sugars. Rich in aromas with distinctive flavours and valuable nutrients, Cretan Nectar Balsamic Vinegars are ideal for fresh salads, grilled vegetables and red meat marinades.
Balsamic Glazes
Cretan Nectar Balsamic Glazes are made from the combination of Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Grape Molasses (Petimezi) and Honey or Fruits, as Orange, Pomegranate, Aronia (Chokeberries) and Fig without preservatives, colorings and sugar. Our Balsamic Glazes with their unique taste and special aromas perfectly complement green salads, raw and grilled vegetables, roast meat and fish fillets, various types of cheese, fruit salads and yoghurt.
Avocado Oil
Our Avocado Oil is produced exclusively from Cretan avocados in a natural way without refineries, maintaining high levels of its vitamins and especially vitamin E which is the most important vitamin for anti-aging and skin nutrition. Avalin is intended for dermal use while Cretan Mythos avocado oil is edible.
Sea Salt - Fleur de Sel
Our sea salt is collected by hand, piece by piece, from the inaccessible natural salt flats of the coasts of Western Crete. Without any processing apart from the removal of foreign bodies -again by hand-, it is finally packaged. Harvesting and cleaning is a tedious and quite time consuming work but it's awarded by its fresh and natural taste.
Olives
Kalamon and Green Olives, juicy, with a unique natural and mouthwatering taste, bring in mind the breeze of the Aegean Sea. Our olives are handpicked from selected olive groves, placed directly in sea salt brine and left to ferment for at least 5 months. This completely natural procedure results in olives with high nutritional value and an abundance of antioxidants.

The history of Tripodakis Winery goes back a century,in 1907, in Korfalonas Kisamos, Chania, Crete. The use of traditional vinification methods and wooden barrels resulted in high-quality products. In 1935, Tripodakis Winery was awarded the Silver Medal at the Thessaloniki International Fair.
From 1961, memorable Antonios K. Tripodakis undertook the continuation of the family tradition of winemaking, following the footsteps of his ancestors. With hard work, his business skills, perseverance and his insightful spirit as his weapons, he wrote his own great story in the field of Winery – Vinegar Production.
With pride and responsibility, his children succeeded their father and swore to continue the great legacy of their family. With scientific training, enthusiasm, hard work, research and vision, they are adapting to market developments and new food trends. They aim at the high-standard operation of their companies and the production of excellent Greek products.
Οur Production
Carefully selecting the best grape varieties from all over Greece, we produce, standardize, bottle and distribute a wide range of wines, like white, rose, red, semi-sweet and recognized P.G.I and P.D.O.
We have developed one of the largest vinegar production plants in Greece and we have a wide range of products, both red and white vinegar and all types of vinegar, such as vinegar from grapes/wine, balsamic vinegar, apple vinegar and vinegar from other fruits like plum and pomegranate.
Furthermore, we have expanded the range of our products with new products and sweeteners including grape molasses, confectionery syrup, concentrated grape must and concentrated raisin syrup.
Our products are exported to USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. Our production can cover all the needs of packaging, both small and large, from 330ml bottles to 5lt bottles, as well as sale in bulk (barrels, IBC and tanks).
Annual production capacity of wine is 7,000 tons, the vinegar production unit exceeds 15,000 tons, for sweeteners and lemon condiments it is 2,000 tons while for distillates it exceeds 1,000 tons per year.
